Who am I? That is a question that keeps evolving. I'm not the same person I was 30 years ago, three years ago, or three months ago. Life, for me, is about constant evolution.
I'm a guy from a small town in Western Idaho, I served 21 years in the Armed Forces, and I'm now a 43-year-old freshman in art school studying photography. No, I'm not an artist. I live with PTSD, and since I retired, I have not completed anything that I've started. I've started and quit or failed out of college three separate times until now. "What makes this time any different?" That's what we were here to find out. I want to keep myself accountable through social media and share my victories and my failures with you.
I'm tired of all the negativity and fear-mongering that I keep seeing on every single media platform I engage with. I want to put positivity, motivation, and good karma back into the world. I want to share my journey with you and have you join me on this journey of self-exploration. I want to build you up. There are enough negative influences out in the media tearing people down. I don't care about your political party, your race, creed, color, sexuality. At the DNA level, we are all the same species. We are a species whose survival depends on our ability to cooperate with each other.
Let's build each other up and see if we can't make daily wins together.
"If you don't like something, change it. If you can't change it, change your attitude."- Maya Angelou.
